  • About me

    I’ve always had a deep passion for connecting with and supporting others. Growing up, I was the go-to person for emotional support, and I’m grateful to have turned that natural inclination into a fulfilling profession. In my free time, I love spending time with friends and family and enjoy running with my dog!

  • my background

    To provide brief insight into my academic background, I attended Arizona State University where I obtained a bachelors degree in Psychology. Additionally, I graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Presently, I am a Nationally Certified Counselor as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

  • my approach

    I take a strength-based approach rooted within Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe that the client is the expert in their lives. I am simply there to provide support, validation, connection, and newfound insights. I aim to be in each and every client’s corner until they feel they have reached the point of desire.
