If you feel I would be a good fit for you, feel free to contact me. I would be happy to discuss and answer any questions you may have about my approach, or counseling in general.
I have always been passionate about connecting with and supporting others. Growing up, I naturally became the “go-to person” for emotional support, and I’m grateful to have transformed that instinct into a fulfilling career. In my free time, I cherish moments with friends and family, and I love running with my dog, which keeps me energized and grounded.
To provide brief insight into my academic background, I attended Arizona State University where I obtained a bachelors degree in Psychology. Additionally, I graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Presently, I am a Nationally Certified Counselor as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
I take a strength-based approach rooted within Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe that the client is the expert in their lives. I am simply there to provide support, validation, connection, and newfound insights. I aim to be in each and every client’s corner until they feel they have reached the point of desire.
